Auto Grade ABS Plastic: ALL the chrome letters you see on cars are made from ABS plastic, with silver or gold chrom coating. They are 3D and look like metal,but they are NOT as heavy as metal to make cars engineering wise.
Though ABS plastic emblems have higher tooling cost,the unite price is lower than metal materials ( same size wise). Minimun size：30*30mm
Zinc Alloy Emblems: Heavy duty touching,also suitable for exquisite designs.the smallest we made is 10*10mm with detailed letters and logos. Zinc alloy emblems has lower tooling cost than Plastic emblems, if qty is small ,we will recommend to use Zinc alloy material rather than ABS plastic.
Aluminum Emblems: High end metal look and touching, but unite price is lower than zinc alloy. sometimes also lower than ABS plastic because aluminum doesnt need chrome coating. very popular for cars, Machines, home appliances. but mimium size:30*30mm.
